Pros

Work life balance positive work environment not a sweat shop

Cons

Sent home if lack of work typically two days during first week of month. Heath benefts cost minimum of 84/month for cheapest plan and if your sent home getting around 30 to 35 hours paycheck, this can be unaffordable and with the tax penalty in place till 2019 this can be a problem

Pros

Most of all I love the openness of CloudOne in all aspects of our culture. Open to differences of opinion, differences of backgrounds, differences in approaches to creatively solving problems. One thing we all agree on is moving forward together and making our customers successful. The experience of the people here is phenomenal. How many companies have "laughter" as a corporate value?

Cons

Like any company in hyper-growth mode, things are constantly changing. Some people thrive in those types of environments and some do not. Personally, I find it energizing.

Pros

Rapidly evolving products with latest technology, competitive pay, really great culture, new headquarters is impressive place to work at, interesting clients with real world challenges, no two days are the same!

Cons

Like any fast pace company it isn't for everyone! The stress of meeting client deadlines and working with solutions that are fresh out of the oven results in night and weekend work
