Pros
The environment is full of energized individuals who are experts in their field and dedicated to their respective crafts. The team goes above and beyond for one another and any/all success is a total team effort. All of the excitement that comes with being an industry leader makes for an amazing experience!
Cons
CloudOne struggles with the growing pains that often accompany the growth stage of a company. That being said, there is real effort on the part of upper management to resolve these issues, though at times misguided.
