Pros

- culture (great values and leadership team) - flexibility - work life balance - remote first : be able to travel and work, meet coworkers in the same country,... - good vision - good tools (ats, slack, zoom, calendly,...) and product (saas for hospitality) - feeling of being part of a team (even if remote) and contribute to the growth and success of the company - straight forward process - free apartments in Sao Paulo and San Diego - paid vacation, sick days, public holidays

Cons

- working remotely works well for me but it's not for everyone, if you like to meet people you can work from a coworking space though - on a contract basis : figure it out how to pay the taxes in the country you reside can be tricky but it's manageable, just a bit of a learning curve if you were an employee before
