The positives you mentioned such as team, environment, and flexibility have remained a big focus for us and we are grateful for the feedback we get for this.       Cons

      Resource constraints of a start-up, means that not everything we know should get done, can get done as fast as we want. Still building a name for ourselves, so we don't have the branding recognition of a lot of established players.
