      Salary and benefits (health insurance, cafeteria, extra holidays, CRAFT tickets, company SWAG) are good, colleagues are talented and enthusiastic.

      Cons

      Problems with internal infrastructure slows down development.

      Really wise and good people. Interesting work.

      Cons

      Slow releases. No mentoring for juniors. The middle tier of developers is completely missing. No clear product vision.
