      Great place to work.

      Pros

      --> Great Salary and bonuses. --> Good life balance. --> Working from home opportunity, can be fully remote.

      Cons

      The company changes the roles very frequently for Front Line support for trying rotation in roles or make people taste different positions, this is most of the time good, but here these changes are likely not addressed or managed with a proper protocol or targets to reach. The metrics are very square.
