      Pros

      Cloudera is a great company to work for. No micromanage, as long as you do your job, you are free to get organised according to your own schedule. The pay is good and colleagues are great!

      None that I can think about.

      Panic & Chaos - don't go here.

      - Smart colleagues (those who are still around)

      Cons

      - No salary increase in 24 months - High churn (incl senior management) -Tense atmosphere (everything is a fire drill) - Targets are set so no one is able to achieve them (further cost cutting) - Senior management has lost touch with employees - Venture Capital owned - nuff said

      We are so pleased to know you found value in the work flexibility offered at Cloudera. We find that it is a major contributor in employees mental health and we strive to be people first. There is no doubt that the market has been turbulent and unfortunately we did not escape the challenging time. While some attrition was intentional, others have chosen to leave as a result of how we've managed these changes. Though some circumstances were out of our control, each individual's situation has been managed with the utmost care, sensitivity and respect.
