      Pros

      Working with smart people. Cloudera has a great reputation for its open source platform. A company that you feel proud to work for and has a good future.

      Cons

      Just like any young fast-growing company it has its challenges but overall a nice place to work.

      Pros

      Solid team with a lot of big names on board. I joined Cloudera about 2 years ago when I had offers from many big names in the Valley as well and havent regretted my decision. Lots of technical challenges to work on and courageous management to make big calls and make it happen. Every morning I feel excited coming to work and make things move forward. A unicorn not just for the sake of it but with solid and growing revenues with a visionary leadership.

      Cons

      Currently understaffed but it is hard to find great talent. But good part is that company is holding a high bar for hiring.
