      Pros

      The company has a lot of very bright, energized employees and the work environment is very positive. We are treated with respect and valued for our contributions. I like working here and have been able to learn and grow.

      Cons

      The technology is still relatively new to most customers and so there is still a lot of evangelism which needs to take place. In addition, having a free version of the software means you end up competing with yourself in a lot of opportunities.

      Pros

      Smart helpful engineers all around. Transparency across board. Great executive team and will answer any employee question. Free Lunch everyday.

      Cons

      Growing rapidly, so there is a constant turnover in processes (for good of-course but a change regardless.

      Pros

      Was open to out of the box ideas on how to attract candidates and enhance the candidate experience. Did a good job of promoting work life balance. Waiter.com for lunches and lots of snacks and drinks available for free.

      Cons

      Cant get business cards as a contractor.
