      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for 7 years, and it’s been a genuinely positive journey. The culture is supportive, inclusive, and people-first. Leaders are approachable, teams collaborate well, and there’s a real focus on respect and trust. The benefits are strong and continue to improve, especially around flexibility and wellbeing. The Unplug program is amazing. It truly encourages healthy work-life balance and shows that the company cares about more than just output. Career growth is taken seriously here. I’ve had multiple opportunities to move into different roles.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can change, which can feel fast-paced at times.
