      Pros

      Generally good, smart people work here, senior leaders are strong with a good vision, free lunch and barista at HQ, still small enough to make a noticeable impact, flexible schedule with WFH option

      Cons

      not much room for career/salary growth which leads to attrition, process/system improvements are underfunded and under staffed, work/life balance and "do more for less" pressure is often an issue

      -Decent compensation -Great leadership with excellent vision for the future -Great sales engineers that are adept at articulating the value of the platform from both a technical and business perspective

      Cons

      -Long, arduous sales cycles that can often take up to 2 years before completing an initial order -A customer want to do a pilot/POC will get turned off by how expensive it is often ending a potential sales cycle very early
