      Pros

      The biggest pro is the people. I have never felt more warmly welcomed into a job, or received so much of the support I needed to "ramp up" quickly and painlessly. It seems that somehow they really have baked a culture of support and non-backbiting into the corporate culture, and it's amazing to see.

      Cons

      I haven't really found any yet, in 4 months.

      Pros

      Very smart people that set a high bar with one another. Open and collaborative culture. Leader in all respects whether it is innovation, market share, and/or hiring.

      Cons

      I think management is finding ways to improve work life balance which is currently one of the challenges. This comes with the territory of building a high growth company in a very competitive environment.
