      Nice work environment, and flexible work hours. Cool big data technology leader... Smart and nice engineers.

      Too much Cool aid to drink.... My manager was clueless about technology, and very political.

      Pros

      Good people with honest intentions.

      Cons

      Cloudera is all about going public. It's not about the customer or making a difference that is long lasting. Sad really because there are some good people at Cloudera. The new sales management means well but has little to no start up experience and they are not able to create the material and messaging necessary to help either employees or their customers succeed.

      Pros

      Smart good people who like their work. This is a company that is going places. Lots of opportunities if you can make things happen.

      Cons

      It is a fast growing company, so we have some natural growing pains. Makes it harder to move fast when you have to get through the red tape.
