      Pros

      I've been at Cloudera for just over a year now and can honestly say it's the best place I have worked to date. My team is fantastic and great to work with, as is everyone I have crossed paths with in the wider company. Everyone is open and friendly and approachable and makes working here enjoyable. Management really works for you and does what they can to ensure we have clear lines in our roles and are working efficiently and to our potential.

      Great Leaders, plenty opportunities for growth

      Pros

      The VP and leaders in the department are great. They are always prepared to offer support and guidance. We work hard however this recognised and there is plenty room for growth. Across the company, all employees I have reached out to are always willing to help and it is a lovely environment to be part of.
