      Unplugged days, and competitive pay

      Cons

      The company is trying to be bought, and is taking no mercy with its people in the process. This is year two, and after not being attractive enough once, they need to strip more to try again. The company's marketing and PS departments bleed money, the engineering department is completely mismanaged, HR is a empire run by one nepotistic leader who is not the CHRO, and attrition is never ending. The culture is toxic; working people to the bone with very little praise or additional compensation for it, managers who treat employees like they owe them something, nontransparent executive leadership. I would not recommend this place if you have any interest in growing your career.
