Pros

Very smart people that set a high bar with one another. Open and collaborative culture. Leader in all respects whether it is innovation, market share, and/or hiring.

Cons

I think management is finding ways to improve work life balance which is currently one of the challenges. This comes with the territory of building a high growth company in a very competitive environment.

Pros

1) Company leadership drives a very open, transparent, communicative and collaborative environment. They care a LOT about culture and about growing/nurturing people. 2) huge market opportunity, exciting growth in customers, bookings, etc 3) lots of bright people driven to building a great, long-lasting company

Cons

High growth means growing pains (but that is a good problem to have). Some churn in sales due to length/difficulty of sales cycle. Strong engineering and sales, but weak marketing.

Pros

Extremely smart people, with a focus on open source and pushing the limits of technology. In particular, engineers have a great understanding of systems, from the hardware layer, to the kernel, and up. Everyone is extremely approachable and tends to be friendly. The executive team is rock-solid and are universally trusted and respected within the company. I trust that they are not in it to make a quick buck, but truly want to build a healthy, sustainable, profitable business for the benefit of the ecosystem and the employees.

Cons

Poor teamwork and internal communication, at least in engineering. Effort is constantly duplicated and things that are built are often discarded, when they could be re-used. Often we are trying to do too much and it sometimes shows. Processes in place work for a 10-person org, but not one of this size.
