      amazing industry, with so much potential both in the space and the company.

      nothing at all to complain about, other then having to work a lot, but that is most competitive sales spaces.

      Pros

      Energetic and agile environment to work, open and friendly culture. Wed is typically WFH day so that you can get some peace to do coding work. Frequent tech talks and all-hands / email updates from board to put everyone on the same page, and bring the company moving forward.

      Cons

      When you work in open source, you don't work 9-5 - typically you can work, or rest whenever you want. Emails got filled from time to time. Sometimes escalation calls wakes you up - when it get to eng, the issue is usually pretty serious and complex.
