      -Product is strong, huge market opportunity. - Big money to be made, IF you've been there a while and have cornered your niche.

      Cons

      - Sales org is a wild west, structureless sh*t show overrun with sycophants and vultures. - A tiny minority have cornered the spots where you can make money (and they make a lot). Because they have the loudest voices, and the biggest numbers, no one is willing to rock the boat. - Burnout here is HIGH because new reps have to grind to try and get their footing, but most never do. - Unless sweeping changes come soon (territories would help), Cloudflare will continue churning and burning sales people with little regard for their wellbeing.
