      Pros

      Great things to work on. Excellent engineers and fun people to work with.

      Cons

      Senior management does not get rid of people who are problems. They are beginning to sort things out but there are a few teams that are legitimately a joke.

      I agree - there are great things to work on here with excellent engineers across the company. We know there are lots of things we need to get better at - and there is nothing more important than being able to trust and rely on the teams you work with. It’s a top priority, for sure -janet

      The “Old Schoolers” are amazing, they joined to make a difference

      Listen, the tech space doesn’t have a whole lot of diversity, but you have to have a strategic objective to have so few minorities within the organization. As of Dec 1st there are a total of 3 minorities within senior leadership, all of those are in sales, now that doesn’t include LTAM who is Hispanic. Even our APAC leader is Caucasian, so while we are many things diverse is not one of them, so if you are a person of color looking for a place to land and grow this will not be the place for you. If you are a high performer, exceed your goals and seek advancement you will be sorely disappointed.

      New Leadership Has created an OVERLY toxic environment

      The technology is amazing and Michelle is an inspiring leader.

      Cons

      New leadership has completely gone the wrong way in diversity hiring. It is becoming an old PAN/F5 boys club. It is such an incredibly toxic environment that people take time off to take a breath from the abuse and horrible treatment. Even the women they hire are from the "boys club" and honestly, they are the most toxic managers in the new regime. No respect for qualified employees already doing a good job and just want to get their friends on board. Will "make up" reasons why folks aren't fitting in just to hire from the club.
