Pros

Decent compensation ranges for positions Good Health Insurance Good stock options

Cons

The company gets reorganized on a regular basis. Lots of conflicting guidance from senior leadership. There are a lot of stupid policies that managers are constantly trying to get exemptions from for ICs. Depending on the role, oncall can be rough. Hiring pipeline is rough, most teams are severely understaffed as a result.
