Everyone can give their opinion and it is taken into account in decisions made by leadership. * Management/Leadership * Work-life balance * Remote work * Coworkers are awesome - nice people with a lot of experience always available to share knowledge *The projects and technology are challenging and allow you to increase knowledge daily.

Cons

- A little disorganized - Has become more siloed as the company has grown, less communication between teams On the sales side: - Little logic or data is used when setting targets and segmenting territories. Unclear and non-transparent. - Slow to communicate changes, and often with very few details. Communication is also conducted through the chain of command, so often the message (or details) get lost in the process.
