      Cutting edge of internet--getting to be part of policy as it's made Opportunity to work with ridiculously smart people This company is going places

      Cons

      Founders don't let management lead. Can tend to micromanage and leave people frustrated and powerless. Almost impossible to voice different opinions.

      Pros

      Great people, and fantastic management. It's been a long time since I've had a great boss, and I'm very grateful for that!

      Cons

      Soon we will have geographic territories. So far has been a bit confusing/ frustrating without assigned accounts, and with sales reps often having to fight to keep the deals they do find. But, this will be remedied soon, and will allow us to improve our alignment with the Channel. Commissions are currently paid 45 days after the close of the quarter, as opposed to monthly, which is a bit atypical for the industry. It's a long time to wait for commissions when most companies pay the month after a deal is signed.

      - Large portfolio of solutions to sell - In demand products - Good benefits - Actually cares about their mission

      Cons

      - Not fully remote - requires a lot of independent work (not a con for all but will be for some) - very frugal with internal spending
