Learn the ins and outs of healthcare, healthcare contracts, and insurance payment methodologies. Success is what you make it - If you work hard and put your time in and have a positive attitude you will be successful Flexibility to make up time during the week if you have to leave for an appointment Work from Home options available

Cons

Hours can sometimes be long but this is what it takes to get to the next level. You put in what you get out. It's been rewarding over the years and I continue to learn every day.

This is a great place to begin or continue a career in healthcare finance. Strong emphasis is put on fixing issues for Revint clients. The investment made in employee career development is truly amazing. Hard/smart workers are rewarded with well earned promotions in a timely fashion. Strong focus on training and giving employees the tools needed to succeed. Remote work and training opportunities have been evolving rapidly.

Cons

Rapid change can create some uncertainty. Many things are changing at once and people have had to adapt to these changes which can be difficult.
