Pros
Collectively we have built and maintained a culture based on transparency and treating everyone like adults. We have a saying that embodies this: “We take our work seriously, but we do not take ourselves too serious”. Every day I feel team members of all levels have an opportunity to make a positive impact within their department and/or with the clients we serve. Across the organization we have an open-door policy where teammates are encouraged to collaborate with each other regardless of title. Our team is not afraid to innovate knowing we will fail occasionally. We collectively discuss the lessons learned from the failure to grow as a team and encourage each other.
Cons
As a healthcare technology company created through several M&As there are a lot of opportunities for employee growth along with a few challenges. I feel the employees that thrive the most in this environment embrace change and are comfortable “living in the grey” at times. Those that are not a curious learner and are change adverse will likely struggle here. I feel leadership does their best to explain the ‘why’ behind upcoming change to the company and department. We have an opportunity to foster better collaboration between Revint teams that support our clients to ensure we continue serving them at the highest level.
