      Lots of reorgs, lack of direction, budget cuts

      Stable pay, benefits, free lunch & snacks, flexible hours in office

      Cons

      Marketing has gone through near-constant reorgs, lacks leadership and strategy at a high level. Constantly understaffed. Never enough budget to run programs adequately against competition. Required 4 days in office, minimal excepts. Promotions and raises are at a minimum

      Good team, people and projects to work for.

      Cons

      Since Clover has become part of Fiserv, life of H1B employees has become horrible, they shifted to Fragomen some time back. The service level quality is pretty low and you have to pay extra if anything that needs to be done to align with your travel plans. I learned that from now on, Greencard will be started after 2 years of joining.
