      Pros

      Clover is fulfilling place to work if only in certain departments. Clover is a diamond amongst the conglomerate known as Fiserv. You will learn a lot in very little time.

      Cons

      Still owned by a conglomerate, sometimes unrealistic deadlines backed by leadership not internal to Clover. Again it really depends on the team and department.

      Pros

      Still a growing company within a company. Innovative products, smart people in key positions. Excellent distribution channels managed through parent company.

      Cons

      Experiencing a lot of change as Fiserv removes the bubble Clover enjoyed pre-merger between First Data & Fiserv. Clover’s Co-founder & CEO recently departed as did the COO who was part of the team from very early on.

      Not many pros here to speak of.

      Cons

      This company does not care about your opinion. You are expendable and just a number. They also require all employees to be in office 5 days a week. Potential long commutes for those in NY, NJ and Sunnyvale. Pay is low compared to median salaries in your area.
