There are still a few good folks left who care about what we once set out to do.

Fiserv (and now Clover) leadership has systematically destroyed productivity and morale with layoffs, dress-codes, tracked office attendance, subpar tooling, a complete failure to provide growth opportunities for employees, and a relentless demand for faster delivery with far fewer resources. ICs and managers are consistently heading for the door, and some managers have checked out completely while still making unfulfillable promises to senior leadership. Those who are still committed to the work are on the edge of burnout or already there.
