      Great for Employees at HQ, Not great for satellite offices

      Pros

      nice people, good culture (in satellite offices),

      Cons

      Satellite offices get treated very differently. Dont get same perks and get bad healthcare options. If you speak up and try to point out whats wrong managers and executives give false promises they never follow through on. Instances of racial or gender based microaggressions go unchecked. Clearly no real effort is being put in to actually change the wider company issues of their lack of diversity and inclusion.

      Pros

      - Every conversation you have with the managers about compensation, the response is that "we haven't fired employees during COVID", so I suppose that's a pro. - Very strong favoritism. So if you're a favorite, then that's a pro.

      Cons

      - No attempt to keep existing talent.

      Pros

      - Clover executives are open, approachable, and extremely intelligent - Coworkers are friendly and you can build a true work family here - The company treats you like a person, not an resource

      Cons

      - new management is coming in at the C-suite level, so it's a bit of an uncertain time - you trade some salary / benefits for the luxury of a wonderful place to work. If you have trouble feeling valued if you're not paid top dollar then this is not the place for you - Women & LGBT groups are well represented (in the product team, anyway). Would love to see that expand into more diverse racial representation
