      Pros

      Good health benefits. nice lunches, snacks, dinners. weekly happy-hour parties. Good engineers who are smart.

      Cons

      I left because there was no work-life balance. People are watched for when they show-up in the morning to when they leave, how many breaks they take, etc. If you have life/children/family outside work, this is not the place for you.

      Great work environment. Attractive workspace. Amazing benefits. Always looking for ways to improve and collaborate. Growth opportunities are encouraged. Weekly 1:1's with management. Low turnover rate. The CEO loves getting to know his staff and what they do outside of work. PLUS... It's so exciting to walk into a business and see the tangible product you've been working on! You quickly become a Clover advocate when you see merchants with *other* devices and start to brag when you find out our devices are being used at high-profile locations, stadiums, arenas, events. BONUS: Fully stocked kitchen, free lunches & dinner, and happy hours every other week! Birthdays, team building outings..etc.

      Fast growing Point of Sale (POS) company. Generous perks and benefits. Flexible schedule and take-as-many-as-needed vacation policy. Management is quite laid-back. Colleagues are friendly and fun. Work-wise, interesting problems in POS/payment sphere.

      Growth-related challenges. Sometimes lack of clear direction.
