Pros
Transparent leadership, compelling comp structure, well-designed systems/processes to help us succeed, mgmt are open to ideas and are accessible to all employees, no silos (I have genuine relationships with coworkers, in marketing, sales, ops, delivery, product, engineering, and finance.), interesting product and positioning, especially as AI continues to progress. Also great quarterly bonuses and spiffs. In-office 5 days a week and great work-life balance (I can count on one hand the number of weeks I've worked more than 45 hours)
Cons
401k could be better (other benefits are great though). Lots of Utah County people and culture, which is to be expected.
