Pros
Culture - The culture is amazing, no one is focused on gaining a title or building an empire, it is all about filling a role, and helping each other as a team.
Leadership - The founders and transparent about everything, even to a point where I am a little surprised. But that is who they are and the type of culture and environment that they want to have. They want to be open with the company and employees and in return want the same.
Benefits - The benefits are great, really good health care coverage at a great rate, unlimited PTO, and an amazing supply of snacks in the office. They are not as focused on having ping pong tables or nap rooms, like other startups, but they are focused on having really good core benefits.
Environment - No one hides in an office. Everyone is approachable and people want to get to know each other. While I may not know everyone's name, I know most, and I know about them as people, beyond their name and their role at the company, but who they are and what their interests are.
Cons
Growth - They are growing like crazy and it is hard to grow that fast and have scalable processes and even enough people for all of the needs of the business. If you don't like a place where processes will evolve and adapt regularly, where you can have a chance to move up into management positions, or where you can help provide input on changes, this is not your kind of place.
