Pros
The starting pay is good. Along with the starting pay tips and commission is earned as well. They will give you your hours almost 90% of the time.
Cons
I am not sure if this is happening at other locations, but I’m going to start off by saying that corporate and people who do site inspections are straight up disrespectful. From what I have seen and heard from team leads and managers, they never ever have anything positive to say but to talk down on their employees. Another big issue I had apart from the disrespectful people was the outrageous policies they place on their employees. I felt like I couldn’t be myself with shaving being required, hair needing to be cut or put up, and pants being a requirement (no shorts allowed) even thought the shifts I worked for up to 100 degrees and up. So to sum up everything, they basically expect way to much of their employees, but also do not care one bit about them.
