Pros

Good hours, good PTO, good personal use discounts on equipment, good pay (as long as you are willing to put in the effort, like any sales job)

Cons

Company culture has changed quite a bit to put more emphasis on sales and a little less on fitting and training. It is a sales job, though, so, fair enough.

Pros

Was TXG when hired and working for Mike and Ian, when it was something to be proud of. Great customers.

Cons

Now use trackman that is not good for indoor use, kept adding work to the work load, reduced commission % so you made less each year changed 3 this and reduced each time, made you work alone for 9 hours with not able to close for lunch or breaks. Leadership thought swing weight didn’t matter, fitting components were too heavy for some customers. Didn’t listen to local fitters. No support at all. Never visited the location for a full day in a year with current management.
