Discounts of golf equipment and most supervisors are good to work for.

Cons

The company is focused on expansion above all else, including company profits. It's gotten to the point that the largest raise I have received in the last 3 years has been 1%. Depending on what department you are in, there may be little to no opportunity for promotion. It's best employees leave for competitors often.
