Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Competitive pay (if applicable) Decent benefits (health insurance, PTO, etc.) Some coworkers are great to work with Flexible work schedule (depending on the role) Opportunity to work independently

Cons

Horrible management – poor communication, disorganized leadership Constant last-minute changes that disrupt workflow Overworked and underappreciated employees Unrealistic expectations without proper support Lack of career growth or advancement opportunities High turnover rate due to poor management Favoritism – some employees get special treatment Inefficient training – new hires are often left confused Low morale – toxic work environment with little motivation Slow response from upper management to employee concerns

What a joke

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

You can get a lot of free items from clients

Cons

During the interview process it was made to sound like there would be more than 40 hours a week in reality it was closer to 8 or so. Many clients of clutter have appointments booked weeks out and management will schedule drivers and helpers for these appointments however the employees will not be informed until the day before. I was offered certain benefits all of which where pulled out last minute. I honestly believe working at clutter is an absolute joke. Nothing personal against local management(aside from schedules) but you'd likely be better off at almost any other employer. Unless you enjoy going out on jobs that sometimes can last 30 minutes or sometimes 14 hours but you would never know until you reach the actual location

Pros

-Autonomy when leading a job. - Pays well. I was working while in college, so the paychecks were decent. -Overtime

Cons

- Hard work and long hours - High turnover in management positions - Start up vibe, with constant changes to operations procedures.
