Flexible working, shift patterns, holiday entitlement.

Cons

Long hours, expected to work additional hours for no pay. Poor understanding from senior management in regards to store operating model.

I had good co workers which made my shifts fun

Constantly having people stealing from the shop, management wasn’t the best or very reliable
