Pros

They let me reduce my contracted hours while I studied at uni, also the discount is pretty good: 30% off co-op products

Cons

But they would not give me extra shifts because they were always making payroll cuts, store wouldn't let my family members use my co-op card. plus it was really really boring

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're really pleased that you were able to work flexibly while you were studying. Our colleagues can apply for a colleague member discount card. This allows the card holder 30% off Co-op branded products in store and 10% non Co-op brands. Colleagues can also apply for a partner card for a named person that lives at the same address. If after an investigation it is found that colleagues are misusing their discount card, including their partner card, then this would be considered Gross Misconduct. It is vitally important that our colleagues use this great benefit within the agreed terms.
