      Treated like crap by Payroll and manager

      Pros

      Customers, other staff accept accept the manager Neil Alan

      Cons

      Company refused to phone HMRC to resolve tax code, not policy despite HMRC stating that was the resolution, relayed request to call repeatedly iver three months, ignored by head office and store manager. Quit after three months, losing £800 pay to emergency tax.

      Good life balance allowing me to spend some time with my family

      Cons

      Overtime not paid and on a 39 hours contract this means that when I work 45 or 50, I only get my contract hours

      I'll do this in a point system. * Provided decent training in preparation for role * Helpful co-workers * Decent pay, as well as access to a union early on * Allowed to be yourself at work

      * Tech can be faulty at times * Limited room to work behind tills
