Co-op reviews

Last year we had to take steps to make our Co-op more efficient by reducing costs and simplifying what we do. While this had been a very difficult time, we made sure that all colleagues impacted by our decisions had been fully supported. We're confident that our core business and vision is fit for the future, and we're in a better position to deliver for our customers, while controlling our operating costs - against the backdrop of a very volatile environment.

Thank you for your review. In April this year our Customer Team Members and Team Leaders were awarded a 10% pay increase and we've extended our colleague member discount to 30% off Co-op products in store. Contract offerings can and do vary depending on your store's establishment. If you are looking for a higher contract please discuss with your manager regarding how your availability can support the needs of your store.
