      Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to see that you enjoyed working with us. Our Co-op is built on a number of principles, this includes the providing the opportunities to develop and progress, but it also means that colleagues should be curious about what opportunities are there for them. We provide a number of learning opportunities hosted on our Development Hub and opportunities for advancement on our internal careers site, all colleagues can search for available roles and sign up for job alerts if there is nothing of interest at the time of their search.

      Great place to work but hard work

      Pros

      The team I was with were so fun, it was a great environment at my Co-op. Being Team Leader was challenging but for me it was worth the challenge. The pay is also better than most places as it is above minimum wage.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times with high-standards.

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
