We know overtime can be a positive when it’s recognised, but it shouldn’t come at the cost of work-life balance. Your review highlights the challenge of getting that balance right. If long hours were becoming unsustainable, we hope that you spoke to your manager so it could have been addressed locally.

However, please be aware that it's not always possible to provide additional hours to work without providing more availability, like working an early opening shift, late evening or a weekend.
