Cons
Used to sing praises of coop. Worked as a manager for many years. Would never fault the senior management. What happened? Field management are educated in bullying, passed down from senior management. Simply turned into a disgrace. Wouldn't advise worst enemy to work for them. Don't be fooled by false promises to new managers...as soon as your figures drop you'll be swiftly performance managed out...don't expect support. Forget home life...you'll be too feared of losing your job if the operation manager comes in your store when your not in...to take pictures of how bad your store is, and ensured it's displayed over the areas social network. If your wanting the money, better going to the German retailer, at least you get proper wages for your backbreaking hard work.
