Pros

Dress down to work, flexi time hours

Cons

You're nothing more than a capita run battery hen, with 100% production/competency rate or you're out. You are monitored daily and hassled daily. In most cases you have to wait 2 year to be taken on full time. You are started on a series of short term contracts. Bosses have all the attributes of SS officers.
