Cons

*yearly Bonuses been taken away for employees *gone from set hours/days to a rota - doesnt work well for people with young children/single working mums with only set childcare hours *WORK TROUSERS DO NOT FIT TO A REAL BODY SIZE* very annoying ordeing many pairs of trousers that dont fit when your mananger says you have to wear coop trousers. Im a size 12 having to wear an ill fitting size 16. Not comfortable to work in.

Pros

there are no real positives except the employee discount but often cheaper to shop elsewhere with the exception of double discount

Cons

expect too much and give nothing back - management expect 24 hours 7 days a week availability or threaten you could be making yourself redundant
