Pros

Laid-back attitude, relatively fun environment Flexible working hours on part-time contract, easy to get more shifts as you need Better pay than some student jobs

Cons

Asked a lot to pick up extra shifts, can turn them down but still annoying Not given chairs behind tills, painful legs after an 8 hour shift!

Pros

Made some great friends, double discount days.

Cons

Low pay, favouritism, circumstances like childcare not taken into account, certain staff allowed to be constantly sick, late, on cigarette breaks and nothing done. Disorganised, no consideration for work life balance unless you are a store manager an then you can pick and choose your own hours. Huge lack of communication through out the company.
