Pros

10% discount in food stores plus other discount throughout the company. Flexible working hours. Full training and opportunities to train to higher levels.

Cons

First pay is lower as they work on a 2 week in arrears payroll the first 2 weeks pay you receive when you leave the company. In the food side of the company contracted hours are quite low some start at 6 hours per week but overtime is available.
