ok but not good at staffing levels and budgeting for staff and pay is minimal
Pros
the company atmosphere and general friendliness of other team members, the discount that get doubled on payday weekend x pension plan and just the fact that as a group you do feel like a valued member
Cons
the pay increase from becoming a customer team member to a supervisor is not worth the stress that is related to the position so if you wannt to head up the ladder for monetary reasons then it is not worth doing...the hours and shifts can get monotonous especially when every weekend you have to do 2-10pm shifts so not good if you want to have any form of social life outside of the co-operative group also regarding pay the co-op is one of the lowest retail pay brackets going so if you are not prepared to work hard for next to nothing then it really isnt the job for you
