9moThank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased to see that you're finding the role easier as you become more familiar with the responsibilities of being a Team Leader. Our frontline store colleagues have received two pay increases in 2025 and we're committed to our pay being aligned with the Real Living Wage. This means that Team Leaders benefit from a much higher hourly rate which recognises the level of responsibility that they hold in store.
