We know that store environments can be fast-paced, and we understand how challenging it can feel when demand is high or resources feel stretched. While we can’t speak to the specifics of your store’s staffing or shift patterns, your feedback helps us understand how this can impact colleagues on the ground.
You’ve also raised a concern about pressure from head office. We’ll make sure this is shared with the relevant teams, as we’re always looking to understand how decisions are experienced across the business.
