Be prepared to do 50 tasks at once while Uber orders are dinging off and you’ve got 2 people on shop floor.

As a convenience retailer we are open for when our customers need us, and that often means early mornings and late evenings, which is great as we can offer a variety of work patterns across the trading hours of the store.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased to see that you're working in a role that provides you with flexibility and that you have great colleagues supporting you. Rotas in store are created 3 weeks in advance and are based on a number of factors, including the availability that you have to work which you shared with your manager. If you feel that shifts are not being shared fairly with the team, please raise this with your manager and they can discuss this with you.
